At B.E.S.T, Our Vision is to assist deserving individuals who are financially challenged to have access to Higher Education and Training, thus paving a way for a better future.

Our Mission
The Benevolent Educational Scholarship and Training (BEST) Program aims to provide financial assistance and trainings for post-secondary education to deserving students; extend necessary guidance and information to enable students to make sound decisions regarding their education and life goals.
How We Help
As a devoted philanthropic organization, B.E.S.T will continue to focus on scholarships for Higher Education and Special Training Programs as part of our involvement with our charitable donors and patrons. Our vision will someday partner with the Lapu-Lapu City Government in helping the City's Higher Education plans using the latest learning technologies. This will provide the Oponganon communities with the modern educational opportunities they need to thrive.

One of the main reasons B.E.S.T was founded in 2020 was to compensate for the greater Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu area’s struggles with Higher Education for the average Oponganon.
